I suffer from arthritis and peripheral neuropathy that leaves me with cold hands and feet and poor blood circulation and diminished nerve sensation. The hot stone massage heated and relaxed muscles and nerve endings and decreased stiffness and pain in my hands, feet and hips. I definitely reccoment hot stone massage for anyone afflicted with arthritis, poor circulation, or muscle pain. It also promotes deep relaxation that reduces stress. Hot stones on my face even opened up sinuses suffering from fall allergies. My therapist is very skilled and highly trained.

Ionic Detox Footbath-..." I came in for a massage and was offered an Ionic Detox Footbath afterwards. I have to say that I was EXTREMELY skeptical, the thought of toxins and metals being extracted from my feet by a footbath didnt make sense. But I gave it a shot. The water was completely clean/clear upon my feet being submerged. 10 minutes into the treatment...the water was black! There were flecks of metal, grit and grime in the water! Afterwards I received a warm cleansing wash leaving my feet clean and I felt great. The next day I noticed I had more energy and felt great. I will be repeating this treatment.
