Therapeutic Massage:
This style of massage focuses on dysfunction and disease or chronic conditions to help alleviate symptoms or side effects by addressing the specific problem areas. These sessions usually involve combining techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, trigger point, and stretching. Typically these sessions require a physician's consent and can sometimes be billed to your health insurance where applicable.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils,lotion or cream with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. This style of bodywork is most common and often referred to as "regular massage" This style of bodywork acts as the platform to which your therapist may add multiple different techniques. Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. Jaime also specializes in LA Stone therapy using alternating hot and cold stones for increased pain relief and relaxation.
CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Aromatherapy:
Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils for psychological and physical well being. Essential oils (the pure essence of a plant) have been found to provide both psychological and physical benefits when used correctly and safely. Essential oils can be inhaled (diffused) or applied topically (physical application), used as household and laundry cleaners and many other uses. You can have aromatherapy added to your massage for an additional $10. Or you can consult with your therapist about some of the many uses for your own personal use at home/work. We carry Amrita and Young Living Essential Oils and prices for each oil vary.
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace or you can schedule one in our office during your lunch break. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which can be brought to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and akwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. There are additional fees for on site sessions. This is a popular idea for health fairs, grand openings, open house, opening night, sporting events, tournament events, weddings, family reunions, you name it. We can bring our erganomic chairs to your location; indoors or out. Since we are members of The AMTA Ohio Sports Massage Team we may also be able to supply a larger number of therapists for larger events. We dont require much space and therapists arrive with everything they need. It's easy, it's fun and everyone will appreciate your thoughtfullness. Massage therapy is rapidly growing as an important part of many Corporate Wellness Programs. Companies big and small have discovered the benefits of massage in the workplace. Boeing, Eddie Bauer, Google, Deloitte and Touche, General Motors, CPAs, Hospitals, Law firms, Courts. Employees who are happy and free from stress are more productive. Massage therapy promotes employee good will and sets companies apart from their competition.
Employee contributions for massage benefits vary from company to company. Sometimes the company pays all of the costs (benefit includes the corporate discount), and sometimes the employees and company share the costs. Sometimes, too, the employees pay the entire cost of the massage. In fact, many employers say their employees are happy to be given the time to get a massage during work hours, especially since they might not take the time out otherwise. We arrive with all of our equipment needed. You offer light refreshments and we do all the work. Your party guests can choose from the following:

The host/hostess gets a complimentary back massage just for hosting the party and for each appointment booked and kept the host/hostess will receive a $15 voucher which can be used to discount their next appointment or combined to get a complimentary full session.
