Our Mission Statement
At Hands Down Massage we attend to each client as a whole, unique person, much greater than the diseases, dysfunctions or stresses they may suffer from, who have come to us for relief. Our therapists practice with intuition and full presence, using sound clinical thinking as they clear a path for a session with the best of intention, and compassion. Real connections are formed as our therapists provide caring connective touch. Clients are fully seen, heard and felt and as a result feel better, are inspired and refreshed.

I am a graduate of the Dayton School Of Medical Massage and licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and Miami Valley Massage Therapy Network. I specialize in Advanced Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage and Spinal Reflex Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy with additional training in Comfort Touch Massage, Infant massage instruction & Lymphatic Drainage. I am a member of the Ohio AMTA Sports Massage Team and recently voted 3rd VP for Board of Directors for The American Massage Therapy Association-Ohio Chapter.
I live in Huber Heights, Ohio with my 3 youngest children. I have worked in the medical field for the last 15 years. I believe that the benefits of therapeutic massage are so vast that everyone should get massage on a regular basis. We are a stressed, rushed , pressured and hurried society. Massage takes away the effects of stress and pressure and lets you focus; even if only for one hour, on you.
Jaime Bacon, LMT (formerly Jaime Copeland, LMT)
My name is Jaime Lee Bacon. I graduated from Wayne High School in 2004, and I graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage in April 2006. I became licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio in January 2007. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and am also certified in CPR.
I specialized in Deep Tissue Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage and LA Stone therapy. I now work with some of my best friends, and I've never regretted doing any of this. I love what I do, and I hope to share the benefits of massage with everyone.
